One of London’s finest psych-punk bands, Weird Sex, have shared their first ever video for Mummy’s Little Soldier, exclusively with VIVA Magazine.
Over rugged vocals, vibrant synths and reverb-drench guitars, there’s an array of colour and flashing lights that beckon you into a grunge basement, leaving you surrounded by the intimidating quartet. It’s a collection of duct taped lips, blacked out eyes and zipped up parkas that feed you into a world of heavy beats rumbling around your brain.
The digressive verses are broken up with clashing drums and excessive rhythm that see’s frontman, Joey Acklandprovoke his viewers in a menacing yet addictive manner.
The band plan to release a limited edition split EP tomorrow alongside fellow garage rock band, Broken Soundtrackson Roadkill Records.
